What is your favorite unusual human name. Named after a place or country?
Eirlys (pronounced Ire-liss). It's Welsh for snowdrop. Another one is Arian (pronounced Arianne). It's another Welsh one - silver, but it also means money (sort of).

Reply:I'm not at all keen on "odd" names for people usually. But I used to babysit for two children called Savage Ebony (female) and Wolf Obsidian (male) - and they both really suited their names. Sav's surname was Redhead, and she wanted to be an actress - I thought it was a name that would look great in lights.
