Whatever name you pick, make sure that it's a name that you know the meaning of and that you like that meaning.





I think that apart from sounding cute or unusual, the meaning of a name is most important, because every time you call that child by its name, you are invoking the meaning of that name in its life and you want to invoke only good things. And don't worry about the child having to spell his/her name all the time. It's the meaning you care about. I have to spell my name most of the time and it doesn't bother me one bit.

Reply:Well the girl name that i have picked out if my baby is a girl is Hailee :) I LOVE that name even thou its not really an unusual name. My name is pretty unusual thou lol its Kessa :) and ive never met anyone with that same name. technically its Kessandra but no one ever calls me that......and for a boy were either naming him Jaydon or Jace. I personally like Jace better. Goodluck and Congrats on your baby!

I know of people with names pronounced Sun-se-reen and sun-See-ray ... no idea how to spell the actual names, but I I only know of 2 people in my 37 years that have those names, so they aren't exactly common. And I can't find them in any baby book either. (when I was a kid I thought they were pretty cool names, so I looked for the meanings - no such luck.)
