Unusual girls names - what do you think of the name?
I think Nevea Myah is beautiful. However I must offer a bit of advice. As a mother of 7 girls with unusual names, it is always wise that if you are giving one unusual name, choose the other to be easy. Example


Nevea Marie


Myah Leann


The reasons for this are


1. Your child may want a "normal" name later on this way they have a choice given by you that you approve


2.They will contantly have to spell one of their names for people and pronounce them too, make it easier so they don't have to spell both names out all the time.


3. If they have an unusual last name also it will cause alot of confusion.


My name is Jade and I have a common last name, I get asked to spell them both all the time. It gets old!


I hope this helps some, food for thought you know. You of course are the only one who can decide, just want you to be informed from someone who understands the other side of it.
Reply:The name you have listed certainly is unusual, but there is absolutely nothing wrong with that. Unique is definately good!


I do like Nevea Myah, but not switched around.

Reply:Honestly I love the names just not together. Nevea Is a beautiful name and so is Myah I just would'nt them together.

Reply:Because the name Neveah (heaven backwards) is becoming extremely popular and overused, I can almost guarantee you that your child would have their name spelled and pronounced wrong all the time). It's not a bad name, but I'd probably make it a middle name instead.

Reply:I like the name Myah. I am a teacher and have a student named 'Nyah' in my class. I like it better with the 'M'. I would just be concerned with the 'Nevea' name, b/c if you didn't write how to pronounce it, it would have taken me awhile to get it. Best wishes!

I like Myah Nevea best, but both names are great!
