Reply:Ummm...You didn't actually say if it is femail or male.If femail-Anastacia ( it isn't unusuall, but it is a beautiful name). If it is a boy-Ilija. I love that name, maybe it sounds a little bit odd,but it is a common name from where I come from. Congratulations!I hope your baby will be healthy!

Reply:I think a name has to be grown into. Try to imagine what the baby is going to look like %26amp; think of names you think would suit him. do not decide until after he is born - you don't want to decide on Dwayne %26amp; have a baby who looks more like a William.

Some names I like are

Declan, Harrison, Patrick, Richard, Donald, Ryan, Ewan.

Good solid old-fashioned names are best. Anything too outlandish will just mean he gets the s**t kicked out of him in the playground.
Reply:Why do you want an unusual name? Many unusual names cause problems in later life. Children could make fun of him, guaranteed people will spell his name wrong throughout his life. The same applies to "normal" names with unusual spellings.

If you want a name that's a bit different, why not pick one with special meaning to you. You could name your son after a man in your life that is close to you, like your father or grandfather. I find it's nice to name a child after someone you miss who's died.

Or you could look on a website and pick a name with a meaning. For example, my name, Emma, means "universal".

Ultimately, it's up to you. I'm sure any name you choose will be lovely and suit your child. Good luck!
Reply:Isaac, Ivor, Aubrey, Garnet (the last two are super-English names of two of my great-uncles)
Reply:Two suggestions I like:

Trevin -- the name of a high school acquaintance

Enden -- the name of my best college buddy

Hope one of these hit the spot!
Reply:Levi

Michelangelo

Chaz
Reply:france for a boy and savanah if its a girl
Reply:Aspirin - there you go, I bet no one else has that name
Reply:jacoben
Reply:Unusual = taunting on the playground

Just something to keep in mind.

Reply:I wanted an unusual name for my son too...then I realized that this child has to live with this name for the rest of his life. Kids are cruel, and will find anything they can to make fun of someone. Parents like to name their children something unique, but they don't stop to think about what it might cause for the child. Do what you want, but I'd stick with something easy and that won't get him made fun of. As much. Kids can come up with something for any name, but it's harder for a name that's used more often.
Reply:I personally like the names Alden and Aiden, but here are some websites for more ideas.

or use some of the names in your family and make up a name from them. ( that's what we did for our daughter Kaelynne) kae ( kay) came from catherine and lynne is my middle name. Good Luck to u it's no easy task. Just practice saying the whole name and make sure it's something kids can't tease them with there's enough stress in this world without name calling.
