What's the most unusual name you have ever heard or given for a pet?

I once knew of a lady who had a Rottweiler named Satan (no, his eyes didn't glow red nor did the lady have a son name Damien).





So if you've ever given your pet an unusual name or know of someone who has given his/her pet an unusual name, please tell us about it.

What's the most unusual name you have ever heard or given for a pet?
My cat, who died this last spring, was named Austin Prowler, International Kitty of Mystery. I love the Austin Powers movie.
Reply:My friends cat was named shitter! I named one of my horses babies, Sam, short for Son of Sam cause I knew he was going to be bad cause his mom was nuts. I named another foal Luna, short for lunatic and she lived out her name so it worked out well.

Other unusual names I've given my birds are Cactus, Zellkai, Atari, Five II, Blue Smoke, and plenty more. :P





Also, I know someone with two hamsters, the female is named Lord Vincent the Destructor of Zanzibar III and the other is Bob. lol.
Reply:My names for my pets aren't really unusual, but one is, in my opinion.





I named my first gray and white Teddy Bear hamster, Versace. I liked the name Versace for a long time, unsure of what to name Versace. While we went to the check out to buy the little guy, it just popped into my head. Allot of people loved it! He was adorable, but sadly lived only a few months.





And no, I didn't treat him like a handbag, duh. Many people think I named him that because I'm some 'labeling freak'. Nope!

Reply:Traveling with my Doberman in the Comp. van in rural and I mean rural Tennessee. Well we stopped on the side of the road and my Dobe ran out in this pasture with the horses ( that's a whole 'nother story ). This brought farmer john to the bottom of his driveway. Well it was obvious that the county or city was doing some type of work through his street that he was not all too happy about. As he went about his complaining he kept saying " and that damn d-O-g ( pronounced dee - oh - gee ) this and d-O-g that. I have no idea through his thick country accent what in the hell he's talking about , but his antics and story were absolutly hilarious. Got my Dog back in the van and bid our farewell's , any way it took me a half hour to figure out he was bitchin' about his DOG and he named it dee-OHH-gee DOG !!!!

Reply:My kitty's name is Peagreen. My Daughter's got the name from the movie "The Borrowers".
Reply:Well, I named my dog Petrie (Petch-rie) - which apparently my father couldnt figure out how to spell when I was little. A lot of people think its like Petri from the Land Before Time, but as a 4 year old, thats not what I was going for when I named him.





My friend just got a cat and her sister named the cat (female) Gangsta Fuzz - im not a huge fan of the name, but it sure is strange.
